ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow 1-2 days to process your order. Expect an email within 3-4 days to let you know your order is on the way!

 

UNITED STATES, CANADA SHIPPING

All packages are shipped from our partnered fulfillment center in China. Orders are generally shipped within 4-7 days. Flat rate shipping fee of (x) applies to orders inside United States and Canada. For orders over $75, we offer free shipping worldwide.

 

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@miloom.ca with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. 

 

SHIPPING DELAYS

If circumstances beyond our control lead to delays in shipping, we will notify you via email. We will provide our best estimates regarding the duration of these delays, but we cannot guarantee delivery dates under such conditions. Once your order has been shipped, standard refunds will no longer be available.

 

TAX & DUTIES

Domestic sales tax will be calculated at checkout according to the order's destination, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
